I earned a Bachelor in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
I am excited to begin my career at The Hartford where I will be working with technologies to include Informatica, Oracle, Hadoop, Pig, Hive, and Sqoop to develop data assets that support organizational and decision making.
Designed a relational database management system using data from the PDB. Perl and Python scripts were used to parse, insert, query, and clean the PDB data in the RDBMS. The database is currently being used for data mining, exploration and discovery, and data analysis.
Developed a system to assist in the triage of patients during mass casualty events. System consisted of multiple components to include an Android application, LAMP, and MatLab models to predict exposure to chemical agents.
